I’m a true oceans-of-emotions-deep-feeling-loves-a-good-cry-and-craves-cuddles-with-her-king kinda girly-pop. I am eternally devoted to a Love greater than me, and it is the honour of a lifetime to get to serve you!
I started my coaching career at age 18, where I worked as a strength coach in-gym, and behind-the-scenes, supporting my clients in healing + reprogramming their relationship to movement, to their bodies, and to themselves. It was in those early days that I discovered that I had a passion burning beneath the squats and the conversations about exercise… Where I came alive as a teacher, healer, and coach was where ‘self-development’ bled into the relational realm.
The work I had my clients doing, whether it be sled-pushing or somatic repatterning, inevitably had an almost immediate effect on their relationship(s) and intimacy.
Now, combining that with a personal history of being initiated + rebirthed through the fires of abusive relationships, shit body-image, and a trauma-ridden, numb pussy, I stepped into the world of Embodied Relationship, and never looked back!
I was my first (and most challenging LOL) client. Today, having spent a decade integrating + upgrading myself, and completely transforming my relational life, intimacy, and ways-of-being, I teach women everything I’ve studied, developed, and mastered.
What took me a decade to do, I now help women move through in a matter of marvelous months.
